About WSB Contractors
WSB Contractors is a residential construction company with more than 30 years of experience delivering home extensions, renovations, new builds and groundworks across West Sussex and the South East.
Who We Are
WSB Contractors was founded by Joe with one simple belief: every client deserves honest advice, quality workmanship and a contractor they can genuinely trust.
With more than three decades in the construction industry, Joe has worked across residential projects of different sizes and complexities, building WSB Contractors around reliability, clear communication and a commitment to doing things properly.
For Joe and the wider WSB team, every project is more than just another job. It is someone's home, investment or future, and that responsibility is something we take seriously throughout the construction process.
Today, WSB Contractors works primarily with homeowners, delivering home extensions, renovations and refurbishments, new builds and groundworks. We also work with residential developers, housebuilders and other professional clients on residential projects.
Our role goes beyond completing individual building works. We bring together the relevant trades and specialists, coordinate the different stages of construction and provide a clear point of contact throughout the project.

Â
We believe the best construction projects are built on trust as much as bricks and mortar.
That means taking the time to understand what you want to achieve, communicating openly throughout the project and taking responsibility
for coordinating the people, decisions and stages involved in the build.
Our aim is not simply to complete the agreed works. It is to provide a well-managed construction experience
and deliver a finished project we are proud to put the WSB Contractors name to.
What Working with WSB Contractors Means for You
One Clear Point of Contact
Â
We coordinate the relevant trades and specialists involved in the project, reducing the need for you to manage multiple contractors yourself and giving you a consistent point of contact throughout the build.
This helps keep responsibilities clear and gives you someone who understands the wider project rather than just one individual element of the work.
 Clear Communication Throughout
Â
We keep you informed about progress, upcoming stages and decisions that need to be made, so you understand what is happening with your project and what comes next.
Â
Clear communication ensures you have the opportunity to ask questions and stay involved throughout the build, so you always feel informed about what is happening in your own home.
Quality Workmanship & Attention to Detail
Â
We take pride in the work we deliver and pay close attention to both the construction itself and the details that contribute to the finished project.
Our approach considers how each stage fits into the wider build, helping ensure practical requirements, sequencing and finishing details are not treated in isolation.
Proactive Problem-Solving
Â
Construction can uncover unexpected challenges. When issues arise, we work to understand the problem, involve the right people and coordinate a practical solution to help keep the project moving.
Rather than simply identifying a problem and passing it back to the client, we aim to help establish what needs to happen next and bring together the people required to resolve it.
